The voices you speak with are AI — not real people, not clergy, not counselors or therapists. El Roi Call is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental-health care, or professional or pastoral advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself, or in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately.
By accessing elroicall.com, calling our phone line, or using any El Roi Call service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18. The Services are not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly serve them.
El Roi Call connects you with AI-generated voice personas inspired by biblical figures. These are dramatized, artificial characters generated by software — they are not the actual historical or biblical persons, not divine communication, and not authoritative religious doctrine. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or theologically contestable. The Services are offered for spiritual encouragement, inspiration, and reflection only.
The Services are NOT: medical, psychiatric, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment; therapy or counseling of any kind; professional, legal, or financial advice; a substitute for care from qualified professionals or for pastoral counsel from your own clergy; or an emergency or crisis service.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or any emergency: stop using the Services and call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. The Services cannot detect, prevent, or respond to emergencies and must never be relied on in a crisis.
Conversations with the Services are not confidential and are not protected by any legal privilege — including clergy-penitent, therapist-patient, or attorney-client privilege. Calls are recorded, transcribed, processed by our technology providers, and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not share anything you need to remain private.
By placing a call to El Roi Call, you consent to the recording and transcription of that call and to speaking with an artificial-intelligence voice. Where you separately opt in to scheduled "Journey" calls or text messages, you consent to receive automated, AI-voice calls and/or texts from us at the number you provide; consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text, or tell us on any call, to opt out at any time.
Paid membership is $39 per month after a 7-day free trial, billed automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. You may cancel anytime online via the billing portal link in your receipt or by contacting us at the address below — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI systems; harass or abuse the Services; rely on the Services for medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions; or use the Services on behalf of a minor.
You use the Services at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, including any action taken based on content generated by the Services. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be wrong and agree to evaluate it accordingly and to seek qualified professional help where appropriate.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Teregna does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content generated will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teregna LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teregna LLC's total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Teregna in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teregna LLC LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND TEREGNA LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which Teregna LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
